Enrollment Information

• Each academic year normally starts on August 15th.  [view calendar] 

• Class placement is basically based on age. Student must reach the specified age by August 15th of the enrollment year.

• Nursery: 2+ years old
• Kindergarten 1: 3+ years old
• Kindergarten 2: 4+ years old
• Kindergarten 3: 5+ years old
• Grade 1: 6+ years old

• Maximum number of students per class is 20.

• Joining CIS post-Nursery or joining mid-year is possible and may require English language competency assessment and/or other subject areas assessment.

Refund Policy

• The deposit / reservation cannot be transferred nor refunded under any circumstances. 

• Students who make an advance enrollment deposit to reserve a class seat are required to begin the course on the specified start date.

• Students who withdraw within 7 days (including weekends) from the start of the semester will be refunded 75% of the paid tuition and other fees for that semester. The first entry fee is non-refundable.

• Students who withdraw after 7 days (including weekends) from the start of the semester may not be eligible for any refund of tuition and other fees.
